The early potato variety Explosive was entered in the State Register of Agricultural Crops in 2018. The originator is Agrofirma SeDeK LLC, whose production base and nursery shop are located in the Moscow region. There is information on the Internet that employees of the Ural Research Institute of Agriculture participated in the creation of the variety. Field tests were carried out for several years prior to approval.

They protect against fungal diseases with fungicides, apply appropriate insecticides against pests.
